In 2023, Brisbane-based med tech company Field  Orthopaedics was getting ready to launch Griplasty, a new medical device designed to improve treatment pathways for base-of-thumb arthritis. Needing a distinctive brand identity for the product that would resonate with both surgeons and patients alike, the team engaged LCC Group.

After capturing market and patient insights, we crafted a simple, clean visual identity and logo that would be highly effective, credible to industry and transferable across packaging and other touch points. The brand’s blue colour ties in with the master Field Orthopaedics brand, but with the ability to stand on its own.
