Coxons Group Australia started out as a humble family business based in Rockhampton. Today, they service Australia-wide and have grown to become the east coast’s largest provider of cooling solutions for mining and heavy industries. In 2021, Coxons decided to revisit its brand strategy and website to ensure they were well positioned to continue expanding into new national and international markets.

LCC Group collaborated with the team at Coxons to evolve its visual identity while ensuring its existing brand equity would be retained. We took Coxons through a rigorous brand process, developing a bold and sophisticated visual language that reflected the brand’s commitment to quality and innovation.
Grounded in insights from Coxons customers, staff and community, the new promise of ‘performance under pressure’ reflected their key point of difference to its competitors. An arrow device, pulled from the X brandmark, provides direction and boldness to Coxons’ communications material.

WEBSITE
A core component of the new brand was how it translated to the online experience for Coxons customers - leading with the digital front door of their website. We designed a UX friendly website targeted at key user journey pathways so customers could connect with the team 24/7.
The site includes service and product-based pathways, 24/7 connection points to their sales team and opportunities to learn more about Coxon's capabilities in different industries and sectors.
